What is Real-Time Industrial Exposure?

What are Micro-Tasks?
Once you select your stream and company you want to work with, we will provide tasks which you’ll have to complete and only then will you be able to move to the next Micro-Task. This process helps you learn in a progressive manner as well as know about the company's requirements.
What are Missions?
Set of microtasks are called Missions, which, when done appropriately and completely, leads to successful solving of the entire problem. It's a bigger picture.
How do I get an Internship?
Based on your performance in Micro-Tasks and Missions, Widhya shortlists individuals who deserve an interview best. Candidates are shortlisted based on the accuracy of results and quality of the solutions throughout the Missions.
Do my grades affect the possibility of getting an internship even if I'm a top performer?
Absolutely Not. At Widhya, the only thing taken into consideration is skills. We focus solely on the quality and consistency of the microtasks.
Can I get an Internship with no prior experience whatsoever?
Widhya is an e-learning platform where we help you gain industrial exposure, and in the process, you learn. If you are good at what you do and perform the Micro-Tasks efficiently, you have a very high chance of getting an internship.
